I understand that the document stated that the campaign would be available only for North American for the convenience of correspondence. However, may i ask if you would entertain the idea to reconsider this rule? My current timezone is GMT+7 (12 hours difference), and it would be quite perfect as I've been searching for a morning campaign. 

But if it's not possible, I completely understand.
