I'm a fairly experienced player, picked up DND during COVID with some friends and fell in love! I have a character that I really want to use in a campaign, but it might not go with every game.
The character I want to try out is a Circle of the Moon Druid who has contracted a virus, similar to greyscale (GOT), that has completely infected their wild shapes. All their wild shapes no longer have fur or feathers or hair, its all been replaced by dragon scales. The disease is very slowly eating away at their body, leaving patches of skin covered in scales and particularly a dragonborn-like horn coming out from their head. The idea behind this character is that the disease has altered how some of the wild shapes move/attack. An example being, a panther loses its stealth ability, but instead gains increased dmg on their claw strikes as they now have larger, more dragon-like, claws.
This definitely needs some polishing and I'm willing to work with the right DM/Group to make it work!
