Serena once served as a healer in a village cursed by an ancient evil. When a dark fog rolled in, no one who entered it returned except her. Found days later in a graveyard, gasping but somehow alive, she had no memory of how he survived. She believes she was spared to protect others from unnatural death. Death should be peaceful, not stolen. She seeks out corrupted souls, spirits who torment the living, and curses that keep the dead from resting.
