im not sure what you mean by high fantasy, i thoughts thats what DnD is anyway, i do CC with any official resources and combed through homebrew, i allow only the three stats, roll, array and point buy

D&D is a method for storytelling. The mechanics allow for a wide array of setting types. ^_^
