Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: New getting a good handle on the rules, have been DM lost mines of Phandelver with friends. looking to play rather than DM on this one. Location/Timezone: Adelaide Availability: weekend afternoons mainly Sundays once a month would be good, first Sunday best. Preferred role: Player Game style: casual, roleplay, hack'n'slash either/or/both.
Hi, I'm looking for 4 or 5 players to join my Inca Empire inspired campaign.
Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online (Discord voice, DNDBeyond, Roll20) Experience: New players, but open to more experienced players Timezone: Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) Schedule: 7pm every Thursdays Roles sought: 4-5 players Game style: 50/50 RP and combat. Character-based story
Hi y'all, I'm looking for 4 or 5 players to join my homebrew campaign based on the inca empire (but with magic and stuff). We'll play using discord for voice chat and roll20 for maps and tokens and character creation in DnDBeyond. Ideally I'd like to have players with not a lot of experience but open to any players really. Games will be every Thursday at 7pm
About me - New DM (39, he/him) from Chile but living in Australia, with a bit more than a year experience but playing DnD since 2017. I enjoy running combat and RP so expect a mix/balance of both in my game. I'm the kind of DM that wants their players to succeed, not an antagonist but I will try to make it difficult nonetheless.
About the campaign: Based on the Inca empire and to a certain extent Latin American culture, players will encounter a land with different landscapes (from jungles to deserts), mythic creatures and monsters, gods that live among mortals and a long history of events that shaped the world like wars between gold giants and humans, invaders from the Sword Coast of Faerun and lots of snakes... hundreds of them.
I'm looking for committed players, interested in having fun and telling a story together. I don't have a lot of free time so appreciate if you can commit to the schedule as much as possible. All official races/classes from WoTC are allowed, Tasha's and also reviewing some homebrew races/classes inspired in Latin American culture as well.
The campaign will take PCs from level 1 to 17 (more or less), from adventurers to powerful heroes of the land. This will be a heavy character-based adventure, so go crazy with that backstory (but not too crazy). The game will be done in English although Spanish is my first language.
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly game. I'll also use Lines and Veils or X cards to keep the game a safe place for everyone. I want all of us to have fun together.
If you are interested please follow this link and fill the form. I'll add you on Discord so we can start planning a session 0 and character creations.
Love this! I was just wondering if you know of any other groups like this that are located down Campbelltown way? Just would be pretty far to travel for me as I am past Campbelltown :(
Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online or in person Experience: Have been a player for 5+ years, have DMed for a game store and friends but had to stop DMing due to mental health Timezone: AEST Schedule: available most evenings, except Tuesdays. Roles sought: Player Game style: I love all variants on DnD, just not a fan of min maxing. I like there to at least be some RP
Im a married gay public servant, so LGBT friendly is required. And happy to play any adventure/campaign. I have a terrible memory so even though I’ve DMed some things I have no recollection of plot points lol
Game: D&D 5e and keen to learn some pathfinder too if the opportunity came up Group type: In person preferred! I forgot how good the energy feels when everyone's in the same room (: Experience: Intermediate Timezone: AEST Schedule: TBD depending on interest I guess Roles sought: Player Game style: I prefer heavier roleplay and collaborative storytelling but like combat as well (love what Matt Mercer does for combat just for reference)
Hey hey, I'm in Canberra and looking to fill up even more of my evenings with D&D (currently playing Saturday nights and maybeTuesday nights fortnightly) hahaha. Like I said I really prefer something in person since it feels really different to be able to bounce off everyone's energy in person, and I'm looking for more of a long term group that hopefully can stick together for a while and play multiple campaigns. Of course if the hook is right I wouldn't say no to an online game either (; Might be a bit of a long shot but thought I'd just put some feelers out! Feel free to dm me~
Hey gang. I finished a two year long campaign about six months ago and took a hiatus from DnD. I'm just now starting to get that itch to roll some dice and would love to get involved in a game with some fellow Aussies. I'm twenty eight and I live on the Sunshine Coast QLD. I would love to play an in person game as that's something on my bucket list that I've always wanted to do but if not I'm fine with an online game. Right now I'm in between things with work so I am available pretty much any time. Shoot me a message if you have a game running!

new-ish DM (45) always LFG and LFP.
been gaming on and off (mostly off) for 30 yrs. most familiar w/ 3.5e... extensive e-library. too poor to get new stuff :-(
I am in Darwin (GMT +9:30) and looking for an online group to join. I have played through Lost mines and a couple of one shots, however, still consider myself fairly new. Discord and Roll20 are my preferred methods of play. I’m available most nights and would like to play weekly if possible. I really enjoy DnD, but it’s hard finding games locally. I’m not a min/maxer and prefer fun builds, however, I still try to make them functional.
Thank you to those who took the time to ready through my message and I hope you’ll consider me.
Hey Guys, two players looking for a group. one experienced and myself the noob.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: Two years / New Player Location/Timezone: Aest Brisbane time. Availability: We are mostly looking for Friday night and weekend games. Preferred role: Players Game style: Looking for a good mix of roleplay as well as combat. Cannot guarantee my quality of roleplay but would like to learn as well as being assisted in gameplay.
Please only give serious invites to games. The last group we were invited to has been stagnant for 3 months without even starting the first session. We are both looking forward to playing even if we are joining a campaign in its early stages, though a fresh start is preferable.
Thanks for reading, if you want to contact me do so either through dnd beyond or on discord @Kollo #4024
Game: D&D 5e and/or pathfinder 2e Group type: In person preferred. Online if I can't find anything face to face. Experience: Complete Noob. Literally starting off my tabletop RPG journey Timezone: AEST Schedule: Evenings after 7pm during the week. Or anytime on the weekends Roles sought: Player Game style: No idea yet.
I am looking for a group to join/show me the joy of RPG games in Canberra, ACT.
I am looking to out together a second game at some point so I thought I might give you guys a shout. I have a number of Aussies in my game I run on Sundays and as you could guess they have also expressed difficulty in finding games in timezones in our neck of the world. Sydney is 2 hours behind and Brisbane 3 - not much of a difference if you want to play online.
So obviously this will be an online homebrew game in which I run in a style that is made to tax resources. It is made to be the antithesis of a regular D&D campaign that has heavy roleplay and long rests for Africa. There are a number of changes but they are outlined in PDF form.
If anyone is interested and wants more information flick me a message on Discord - Jimmy_Raven#0005
Sydney player here. Looking for a DM who would want to run a campaign for 3-4 of us. We did our first campaign last year (lost mine of phandelver), keen to do a new campaign and make our own characters etc. Online is preferred and paid is cool if you're a pro and this is what you do.
Had to end our last campaign as the DM was in the USA and the time change got too much for him so hoping for an Aussie DM would want to run a campaign for us.
From Melbourne and would like to join a game as a player. Little bit of game experience over about a year. Groups I've had in the past haven't been able to commit to much beyond the first few sessions so still looking for a long campaign. Online is preffered. Heavy roleplay isn't my thing, but then I don't have much experience with RP so who knows.
Message if you need a keen player for your campaign.
