Ok dnd beyond gives you one I believe . For others you can buy parts books on dnd beyond. So you don't have to spend all the money at once. To be a dm may want players book all of it and dm book. did anyone tell you the game I run is 10 dollars. Per time not my choice. But me teaching you is free.

Yeah. But, for certain creatures would you recommend changing the stat block a little? Like for the hydra, would you suggest modifying the stat block for head regeneration to 25 slashing damage instead of just generic damage? Mainly because if your players are mythology nerds, they will be mad if you don't.

Yeah. You change them to blend in your campaign. If party is level 1 but monster is a level 5 you can bring it down to level 1 or 3 if you have more pcs.
