It's ridiculous that there isn't a way to disable the 2024 ruleset in a character sheet. I shouldn't have to filter through a mile of duplicate spells every time that I prepare spells on my cleric. There's already a toggle to enable the 2014 rules so we know that you can implement one for the 2024 rules as well. This should be done. It's absolutely awful UI as it currently stands.
I just discovered that when searching through spells, I am unable to view some of them. It will no longer show me the spell description for Aura of Vitality unless I buy the 2024 player's handbook, theoretically because the 2014 and 2024 versions are identical and so were consolidated instead of getting a legacy tag. And then that consolidated version was paywalled, without regard for the fact that I should have access to the 2014 version. I haven't been this mad since the OGL fiasco, this is ridiculous.
Having both editions present simultaneously is neither an improvement nor helpful, it just causes bloat and makes everything more confusing. Please give us the option to fully disable 2024 rules site-wide if we so choose.
Partnered content is not working with the 2024 rules with regards to subclasses. Just made a half sea-elf paladin, wanted to be Oath of the Open Sea, but it was not an option.
The 2024 version of the Resilient Feat does not assign the Saving Throw option to the attribute chosen as the feat states but instead gives you an option to choose any attribute that the character does not already have proficiency in.

Read the existing posts in the forum. There's multiple threads on this and all say the same: It's a known issue and one that's acknowledged in the official bugs and support thread for the 2024 PHB. All third-party content is affected and they're working with their partners to bring it forward. Likely they don't have sole permission to do so.

Again, read the main update. They don't have the system set up to differentiate yet, they're working on it.
I don't want "free rules". I want to run my 5e content without having to wade through this 2024 garbage that has nothing to do with the game I'm running.

I agree with this. I would rather have one or the other when it comes to legacy vs. 2024 spells. I have no interest in the old spells and would really like to have all my characters and homebrew have access to 2024 tool tips without having to spend hours redoing all of them.

Even then, however, I expect they will only provide one subclass for each class, and just a couple feats, as they are right now. If you want access to everything, purchase the books online.

Not entirely true. All twelve base classes are already released with all four subclasses in the PHB, if you own the PHB and have a Master Tier sub. However, there's bugs within the content.
Hopefully the major bugs can be squashed by the 17th though. We've already seen progress.

Peas beside carrots but never peas mixed with carrots. Yet now all my 2014 characters automatically default to the new Weapon Mastery rules. So now you can just mix them willy nilly I guess. Yes, a toggle is needed. Also, the default toggle should be EVERYTHING off instead of everything toggled on.

2014 characters don't get Weapon Mastery features. The weapons show what traits they carry for characters who DO have them, but that's as far as that goes.
Personally, I like having the option of both. The ability to create a character under 2014 rules is actually unchanged if you just take a couple of minutes and learn where the buttons are now. I do agree that having toggleable tooltips would be nice.

This I 100% agree, and dislike the thought that positive efforts toward inclusivity will be a scapegoat, instead of what I find as flaws in the design.

Previously, I was honestly open minded about mixing and matching between rules updates until the rollout pushed me deep into a dissatisfaction with the 2024 rules.
Yes, you can make a 5e character still, as they thankfully walked back from turning 5e into "homebrew," but it's far less convenient. It was previously so convenient I had repurchased my entire 5e library, and more, when I adopted the tools and invited my table to join.
The 2024 rules should be considered optional content, with a toggle to turn them off. And "legacy" shouldn't be shoved to the bottom of every page and tooltip.

The Stormborn Level 10 Subclass Ability for the Druid Circle of the Sea are not showing up in the Character Sheet.
