Super excited by the possibilities D&D Beyond brings to the table!
But, for me as a DM, the integration of home-brew will make or break the whole proposition. Now I'm not expecting full integration of new mechanics ('Combat Fatigue Points' anyone??) but I must be able to overlay extra goodies, bonuses, and other stuff that my players have gathered (or suffered) in their travels.
Probably isn't available offline considering Curse is the one making the app. They specialize in online only things. Strongly doubt we'll get an offline option. There will also probably be a subscription fee. A good question is what happens to our IP once we upload it? Who owns it? Us or Curse?
Just spent 2 hours creating my first cleric. Not even 5 min after I finish I get the Beta mail that gives me access to all of this. Beshaba is truly on my side!
Smart move, beat out the third party competition. Look forward to utilizing this resource in future campaigns. Thanks for making this open to testing, it will pay dividends hearing back from the community!

I was under the same impression but don't see the app available on Google Play.

Off to a good start, tons of folks seem eager to get to the meat of the thing, characters!

Huzzah!
So excited to see what they will improve on (especially the compendium layout)
I think they're coming out with an app soon enough. I could be wrong though.
The mobile and desktop accessibility to this are amazing; as a DM who keeps all maps in files on PC, this is an awesome tool to have on-hand.
