Fayva says “Ahem… yes. Well as I was pointing out- this tunnel looks like it gets right into the heart of things and maybe it’s not heavily guarded. I thought maybe if we can get as much of his hardware in front of us then activate the EMP device, with him there too, that might be a good start? I’m no tactician, though. “

Nothing on this ship is running as smooth as it can or should.
Korvo sighs deeply after several moments. "I have a terrible idea and no idea if this group can pull it off." He looks at Fayva. "You seem to know the others, and probably have at least a sense of their skillsets, so you tell me if it could work." He pulls up his own datapad, pulls over the schematics, then begins to crudely outline his plan. A few moments go by, then he sends the file to Fayva's datapad. "When I was in the service I was assigned to an Alpha team. You may know, Alpha's are detachments with special training. We didn't come up with the tactical deployments, but we always met before a mission and discussed how we were going to pull them off. I've been a part of a few missions that used this tactic, more or less." As he speaks, a rudimentary animation begins to play, overlaying the three-dimensional schematic. "We land the ship here, far away from the safehouse, in case he has air-defenses or early warning systems. Once on the ground, we try for a two-pronged approach. Whoever our best slicer is will go with the bulk of the team to break into the hangar." The animation shows a blue line approach from the nearby treeline, ascend the building parameter wall, then stop over a vent grate outside the hangar bay. "The pipe might work, but If I were him I would have identified that as a blind spot a long time ago, and shored it up with lots of nasty traps and droids. That said, while the main group has made their way to the hangar bay, we assault at the pipe." The animation shows a red line approach the pipe from the treeline on that side, followed by a series of explosions. "The hangar team needs to slice the door and security measures, then signal the pipe team first. Otherwise, thee explosions may set off a security lockdown. Once the explosions start, the hangar team slice into the ship's security, gain access, and take the ship." A generic ship design appears within the wireframe layout of the hangar bay. The blue line goes through the vent, into the ship, then the ship model hovers. "The demolition team at the pipe - I'm probably the only one trained with those, so just me - runs like hell while trying to draw out the enemy droids." The red line pulls back into the treeline as a swarm of small yellow dots emerge from the pipe and take chase - then a large pulse shoots out from the treeline and little red x's cover the yellow dots. They stop taking chase. "I know you were saying you aren't trained to fly, but someone needs to. Once we have his ship, use its weapons to destroy all other vehicles and ships in there then blow the blast doors off, and take off. If there are parameter defenses they should not target his ship - not at first - due to friend or foe recognition. The very next thing you target is the communications tower - wherever that is. Without it, he shouldn't be able to command the facility defenses, call for help, or give dynamic orders to his droids as they get too far away. Once done, go high - very high. Force users have strange powers, but I believe they are limited like a blaster is. Use his ship to blast that facility to dust. If he has torpedoes, use them. If he has spatial charges, use them. Level that fragging place to dust." The ship takes off in the animation and begins decimating the building while climbing in altitude. "I will make like hell back to our ship and take off and join you." Another ship ascends from deep within the treeline and flies alongside the stolen one. "Most importantly, someone needs to be on sensors on his ship. Once things go sideways for him - assuming we get that far - he will likely make a break for it. We want that. We want him in the open as we drop ship-scaled weapons fire on his sorry butt. Also, they need to record the whole thing as proof to Alema, because if this works there won't be much left."
A garbled message comes in from the engine room, "Krrzztttt...Zolo here, I gotta say this reactor has seen better days, I would not recommend performing any intense maneuvers unless we give it a good tune up. So whatever we do we should keep that in mind....krrrzzttttt.....over....krrrrzzzztt"
Fayva looks with wonder at the diagram and the plans. “Well. I have no piloting skills, except what I learn from you now. And I’ve never fired a ship’s weapon, or even a blaster pistol. I do, however, have a few skills with the force. When should we use the EMP device? If we could lure them into a full assault with us, perhaps we could take many of them outwith it? I like your plan- especially if we can get a ship out of the deal. We should check to see if the others can fly..”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Since Zolo has engineering bay worked on, 905Jan will go to the technician room to check on the shields. Over the intercom *kkrkk* “905Jan Report: Shields barely functional. Suggestion: avoid aerial combat. Preferance: disposing of bodies personally.” *kkrkk*
Overhearing this part of the conversation Solo will chime in, "krrrzztt...you know I know how to fly a bit, might not be an ace, but I can get her off the ground if need be...krrrzztt." (have a +5 to piloting as well)
Hearing 905 and Zolo give their prognoses for the ship systems, and Fayva explain how she might be potentially useless in a fight, Korvo buries his head in his hands for a moment, and begins rubbing his temples. When Zolo mentions piloting ability Korvo looks up with a wan smile. "Well, that's one point in our favor. Now, are either you or 905 good at bypassing security systems and hotwiring ships? Alternatively, is anyone else trained in the use of explosives?" As he speaks he goes back to rubbing his temples.
(Have we lost Rue and the Jedi (whose name totally escapes me as I type this) ?)
*Krrkkrk* "Reply: I have some experience bypassing security systems. Preference: Infiltrate instead, if JEDI has servants, easier to infiltrate. Note: Many organic lifeforms think that droids interfacing with anything electronic is inappropriate. Answer: No it is not how droids, robots, or ships are created.
Reply: Not trained in explosives. Note: IF FIGHT = Preference: CLOSE AND PERSONAL. EXTERMINATE THE SCUM!" *Krrkrrk*
(Jan has +4 in tech, and can help infiltrate using his background as a servant.
You know how to carry yourself around the elite and their servants. When in the presence of someone of power, or the servants of such a person, you can easily act as if you belong and, barring any extremely outlandish behavior, you can pass off your companions as belonging, too.
I'm not sure if the jedi is considered a person of power, but he does have droid servants.
Korvo lets out a low whistle while looking Fayva's direction. "Ain't that a thing of beauty."
Fayva says “Ahem… yes. Well as I was pointing out- this tunnel looks like it gets right into the heart of things and maybe it’s not heavily guarded. Korvo leans in for a closer look.
(Is there a visible hangar bay or ship landed nearby? Where does the target keep his ride?)

withy Fayva's help you spot a small hanger bay
(Is it open on the top or one of the sides, or are there blast doors?)
(One of the sides. and there are blast doors
