You feel like you **** for a hundred feet before coming to a smooth white wall. There is a very slight curve to it.
(( OOC: We did what now? lol jk ))
"I think we should mark this spot in case this room is completely round", Razzec says while pulling out his glaive to mark the wall. He looks around waiting to see if anyone is going to object before he continues. "Unless someone else has a better idea."
(( @DM: Nico's no dwarf, but he'll run his fingers through the dust, and try to determine what exactly the wall is made of. What should I roll for that? ))
Razzec looks at the hole and says, "I've learned my lesson with those holes in that previous door. Does anyone else want to take a look at the hole to see what's on the other side?"

There is just an impact "crater" no tunnel or access to another room.

Ember ends his rant with a smile. "At least it hasn't been boring."
"Shall we keep walking? The wall is curved, perhaps it will get us somewhere. Everyone should be listening though, in case whatever caused this impact is still about."
"Yeah," agreed Nico, "I can't see it getting it's teeth into a wall, even one slightly curved. Hmm." The smuggler's mind started to wonder about a likely-insignificant detail, and he began to feel about the wall and try to make some guesstimates while continuing with the group.
(( @DM: Nico's not a mathematician, but from his background I'd say he's familiar with trying to estimate sizes and with fitting things into specific spaces. Can I roll to see if he can estimate how large of a circle the wall must be, based on the amount of curvature? ))
The curve in the wall remains constant, probably a very large circle. You walk for an uncertain distance before seeing a vague mound about 20 feet away from the wall.
Grey will move forward, looking for a wall, or any thing!
Nico stuck close by Grey, listening intently for any sounds of danger. (( Perception Check if needed: 11 ))

The glaive makes a chip fly off of the wall. It feels similar to striking stone but stone walls are never so smooth or hard.

Razzec starts walking around the curved wall and marking it with a new chip out of the wall as the group continues along it's length.
You come upon an area that has suffered massive damage. There are impact and burn marks on the wall with the broken section of wall being a yard deep.
Interestingly, there is no rubble on the ground, just some dust.

Does the rubble seem to indicate something smashed INTO this area or smashed OUT of this area?

The damage is from something impacting the wall. Your typical anime or super hero wall smash.
The dust seems to be powdered stone or ceramic.
