You awake on the beach, next to a ship. You look around and see other people, some seem to be waking up, and the others don't look like they ever will.

Ogresh comes to shaking his head vision still blury his mind racing take note of himself. ‘Vision cloudy , head hurt , body wet , mouth grainy. Grainy ?’ He spits out a small handful of sand that hade made home to his mouth cursing his lack of anything to clean it with and began spitting consistently hoping to eventually remove all the smaller grands hiding within his jaws. He stands up on shaky legs before it dawns on him he remembers nothing aside his own name. S sense of dread that to others would cower from or lose themselves instead fuels his survival instincts. He glances around the area with a fervor , a caustious predatorish glint to his eyes as he does so.
Innsol's eyes open, or at least he thinks they're open, cuz he can't see anything. That, and he can't move. Wait...no, yes he can. The gnome starts to flap his arms and legs, and the substance started to fall behind him, as if it were pushing him out. Soon the gnome was almost blinded by the sudden sun above him. He started to hack and sneeze out sand as he rose to a seat, crossing his legs. Sand...buried...beach. Nope. He had no idea what those things had to do with each other. There were other bodies, some of them were moving, so maybe they knew what was going on. He picks himself and casually strides to Ogresh.
"Pardon me, sir, but, did you bury me?" He points to the shallow hole he dug himself out of.
Eyes snapping to the voice ogresh spins around getting eye level with the gnome. Surprised by the gnomes unflinching stare. Few would just walk up to a lizard man like that.
‘Brave... or foolish. Both good qualities in fighter though. This one may be worth.’ Ogresh thinks to himself.
“No little one I did not bury you. I would see no reason to.” Ogresh responds resuming his full height. If not before the gnome clearly sees whatever clothing ogresh might have had on before this incident clearly does not exist.
‘Hmm maybe others that move might be worth as well’ ogresh thinks to himself pondering his nerves begening to wind down.
"Ah, " he sighs, sitting back down and cupping his chin with one hand. "Don' think I've ever liked beaches before. Don' remember going to one." He looks around, nothing the lack of activity. "Don' look like fun." He then sees the boat. Well, it's the only other interesting thing so far aside from being buried. Innsol strides over to investigate.
Fang pops out of the sand, his body, hair and fur all covered in bits of sand. He shakes his head and monkey tail as he stands and looks around. Spotting the Lizard and Gnome, Fang freezes then runs over to them waving his hand.
"HEEEEYYYY!!! Glad to see living people!"
Fang is grinning from ear to ear, his tail sways as he jogs over to them. When he finally get to them, he slows down and stops, asking, "Is there anyone else left?"
(Ogresh) Looking around you, you see that there where a lot of people on the boat (30-40) and that most of them are dead. Not all of them are on the beach, some are still in the boat, crushed by wood when it collapsed, and some of the bodies are floating on the water. Turning towards the mainland, you can just about make out buildings, it seems there is a small village nearby.
(Innsol) Moving closer to the ship, you start to wonder how it had fit all of these people. Moving aside some of the broken planks, you notice that the hull of the ship is still wet. Do you go any closer? (you don't have to roll again)
Here i am, lying in my bed. What a wonderful morning. The sun is rising in the horizon. Oh its very sharp! I look away. I dont feel good. Why is my feet wet? My bed is wrong. It feels.. soft.. like sand.. SAND!? Baxthon wakes up with a jolt. Looks at his feet, covered in water. Looks around. Whispers to himself "Where am i?"
As he sees lots of dead bodies around him, he wants to scream. The confusion is to much. Movement. Talking. PEOPLE! He lies there in the sand. Watching, as a small child is cornered by two beasts. "I must help him!"
I crawl closer, hiding between the bodies. As i get closer i see that none of them are beast nor child. 3 humanoids that seem to be getting along.
I stand up embarrased of my first assesment. Dust the worst sand from my body. I walk over and introduce myself. "Greetings! My name is Baxthon. Baxthon Brighteyes. I am.. well i am.. eh.. A bit lost for words.. I cant seem to remember much else than my name at the moment. Do you guys know what happened here?"
As i stand there you see me as a tall and skinny, for a dwarf. I might look more like a small human than a dwarf of body. But my head and hands is the real give away. Big crude hands. Long red hair and a big beaded beard.
"Oh!? I'm Fang. Fang Wu Kong." Fang seems to want to say more, but a confused look appears on his face. He spends a minute thinking before groaning, "I can't remember anything either!"
Fang sees the Gnome checking out the ship, but takes more interest in the lizard checking him out. "How about you scales? Do you remember anything?"
“No , names Ogresh...” ogresh fumbles for his last name ... surely he must have one? And he was sure his anme itself meant something to his ... clan? The memories are hard to pull he drops it for now.
“Just ogresh.” He eyes up the newest addition and scans the rest of the shore at all the dead bodies. He knew food woudnt be issue for himself but through the fog of his memory his training and dealings with other races begins to seep back in. No his new companions probally woudnt understand the value in using the fallen to sustain.
“Once we have our bearings I noticed a village not to far” tilting his head over in the direction he saw it.

"So many questions, so much to learn. Where are we, who are we, what happened and why are we here. Facinating!" Baxthon walks to the nearest corpse, kneels next to the person, and tries to get some answers to his destiny. After his examination, he will close the eyes of the person, and repeat the process to a few more people.
(Innsol) Tossing aside some more planks, you look into the nightmare that is the inside of the ship. Blood and limbs cover every wall, and dozens of bodies lay dead. Suddenly, a withered hand appears in the opening, it seems one of the corpses have woken up.
(Baxthon) The first corpse you investigate had been impaled by part of the ship as he flew out. Kneeling, you close his eyes, however as you move on to the next person, you see movement in the corner of your eye. His eyes are open again, and looking right at you.
