The thermite burns through the outside wall to the utility closet and the napalm thrown into the space bursts into flame covering the 'snail' bringing him back to his human shape still very much on fire. Whichever of the birds that was watching from above sees that they are leaving for good. The building is on fire.

OOC: Since the hit squad has come in during round 2, I'd like to change Sarah's action to reflect that.
Round 3 Reloaded
Sarah gets the feeling this will hurt but she still has to act. She draws back her bow and aims at the woman. As she does so, Sarah triggers the Glyph to transform the prisoner into a snail.
"Teleport the prisoner!"
Attack: 12 Damage: 19
Attack: 20 Damage: 16
If Sarah hits she'll smite the woman: 26
Hedwig will grab the 'snail' and hide with it.

The above roll is for Hedwig's Stealth.
Dammit, I messed up adding the smite. Hedwig's roll was an 18.
You can actually fix this by deleting the smite and listing it again at the end of the post. You can't put a new roll before an existing roll.
OOC: Don't forget Sarah's smite. I had to remove that roll because I added it above the others and messed up Hedwig's stealth roll.
OCC Thermite and napalm??? That requires a chemical reaction waaaay beyond the level one would expect allowable in this milieu. Thermite is powdered aluminum and iron-oxide (rust, but very pure rust) and to initiate a reaction between the two one would need a magnesium, or its equivalent, fuse (which has to be ignited with, at a minimum, a propane torch, and that is not an easy, nor a quick task, no snapping the fingers trick); napalm is basically jellied gasoline, only a bit more vicious; after, what, nine years?, most, if not all, highly volatile petroleum distillates would have evaporated. If these two things are allowed - good-bye castles. Not even ferro-concrete can stand up to those two chemicals, especially in combination. So, rant ending, where the h*ll did these things come from? Who was within 30', or so, of the outside wall of the utility closet (just curious) without anybody outside noticing them? especially carrying something to ignite magnesium or a lit magnesium fuse (magnesium fuses burn very, very brightly, not to mention hotter 'n hell) I know the PPA does not want this guy questioned, but.... What was in your ice-cream?
Aleister will rush to the prisoner and smother the flames, or try to, with his cloak, and/or anything else he can use (a dead monk, perhaps?) DEX 7
He will immediately as he is able to, begin working on the poor bas*ard with a healing kit, attempting to stabilize him at the very least.

Napalm is actually easy to explain. You weren't here at the start of the game. Napalm was something discussed along with the shelf life of petrol. One of the strengths of the PPA is that they take the long view of things. Air tight containers are still possible and Lady Sandra has the resources and power to make sure that what needs to be done will be done. You can still make thermite, it is only the ignition that is at issue. Considering the number of handwaving mechanical devices I've let pass by without worrying too much I think working out some way to ignite it is the least of the egregious things allowed in this 'realistic' world. I work on the theory that the badguys are at least as smart as the goodguys so if it is possible to do they will work it out. Also, I'm pretty sure that they use thermite in the novels that this game is based on. Something about bringing down a bridge?
As to who set it of. The monks rolled for stealth and got a really good number and closed in two teams. One to find the target and mark his position, the other to make the assault. You put him in a room with an outside wall so they took their shot.
These are powerful items that can't be easily, if ever replaced. Isn't it interesting that they spent them to take out this guy?
Thomas, seeing no available targets, quickly pulls out a scroll, about to heal the fallen prisoner (Life Transference), if he lives long enough. If he can, before attempting a healing, he uses Prestidigitation to extinguish the flames if needed.
Life Transference (4th) 13 Heals x2.
If you want but the three not dead are not badly wounded enough for it to matter so I didn't bother. They are gone and are no longer a factor in this little adventure.
Healing scrolls take 1 minute per level so at least 10 rounds of burning. Hold that thought and instead...how do you extinguish burning napalm?
Sarah uses her ongoing Prestidigitation to help stifle the flames. As she works she looks to her companions and debates telling them. Finally, she does.
"I have a new... power. I could raise that woman as an undead specter. It should know what she knew in life and is bound to obey me. We could question it or send it after the others. Do you want me to try?"
I actually googled "How do you ignite thermite" and its not that difficult. You can use a sparkler, which can be ignited by a match, to get it going. This is horribly dangerous but it does show that it is well within the technology of the Changed world.
OOC - I was talking about the former snail prisoner, actually. Wasn't worried about the monks. Four rounds to cast the LT spell, and napalm can be neutralized with baking soda or even flour. How much napalm would he have been covered with, if he initially got hit as a snail? I'm trying to get Thomas to save the guy from death, So if the fire can be out faster, he can use his potion to do basic healing if needed faster.

Patting the flames won't help at all.
You can raise a specter... creepy. Can you question it? "Specters no longer possess connections to who or what they were." That's a bit vague but could be interpreted as they don't remember who they where, or that they remember but don't care. I'm willing to go with option two with the proviso that if you start killing people just so you can question them the Dúnedain Rangers will hunt you down and deal with you as you would expect.

You are in a kitchen so there may be stuff you can use. The only reference I can find for extinguishing napalm is to cut of the oxygen.
You instantaneously light or snuff out a candle, a torch, or a small campfire.
Used every round, would that help?
Also, Sarah knows how divisive the ability is, which is why she hesitated to bring it up and asked for everyone's agreement before using it. If everyone is cool, then she'll raise the monk.

This fire is bigger than "a small campfire" and napalm would reignite almost instantly if there was any flame nearby.
Not having anything that will work on the fire, Sarah grabs the corpse for possible undead creation and exits the building. Once the corpse is stashed, she'll help the others in any way she can.
Post 4399: Aleister attempts to smother the flames with his cloak. It would be difficult to coat him, the burning man, completely in napalm, so one can hope some parts are not burning. And I can’t imagine they threw gallons of the stuff.
To elaborate, Aleister knows one way to deal with this stuff is to smother it; so he rolls the guy up in his cloak like a giant joint, nice and tight. Once he is so prepared, Aleister will use his healing kit to immediately stabilize the ‘patient’.
