Tam hops onboard, and single-handedly bends the Catapult shaft to reload it, under the astonished gaze of the Gnome Crew, who proceeds to loading it, under her and "Captain X"'s command.
"For Santa!!!"
Meanwhile, Elwin slips into the Cargo Hold, which is starting to slowly fill up with water, due to the damage. The Hold is full of Candy, large jugs of Egg Nog (seems like that's what the Crew subsists on), and a few cracked open chests containing 5000Gp (minted with Santa Claus's face on it), and a glowing candy cane, which seems exactly the size of a wand...Elwin may roll Arcana, or maybe cast Identify if he has that spell?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tam finds something on fire to ignite the candy, takes aim at the goblin ship, and fires .
Assuming this is a light catapult and the candy works like a stone (Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 150/300 ft. (can't hit targets within 60 feet of it), one target. Hit: 3d10 bludgeoning damage. Just looked it up, feel free to make changes.) Attack: 20 Damage: 11
Not sure what to do about the fire damage, but I hope there is some!
"Take that you motherless goats of the abyss!" More rude gestures.

Elwin examined the glowing candy cane wand, praying it would turn out to be useful.
No Identify spell... heh, I wish! Arcana Check:6
BTW, I need to add... X's taking over as captain was both hilarious and inspired. Can I nominate him for receiving additional Inspiration for it? (Subject to DM approval, of course.)
Tam picks up a piece of random flaming debris, and uses it to ignite the Candy, which melts quickly.
"Fire!!!"
Two shots hit the Krampus ship, covering the entire Ennemy deck with molten candy, turning the entire crew and Captain into screaming flaming sugar Statues. The rest of the Ennemy crew abandons the ship, as it catches fire and starts to sink.
Santa's Gnomes cheer, and join Tam in her rude gestures.
Meanwhile, in the cargo hold, Elwin thinks the glowing candy cane is most definitely a Wand of the Winter
The celebrating is cut short by another volley of Ennemy cannonballs coming from two Krampus ships converging towards the Party. Everyone roll me a Dexterity saving throw DC 15 or take 18 Bludgeonning damage, and need to roll a Strength saving throw DC15 or be knocked off the ship!
Toripanth slinks into the cargo hold behind Elwin, remaining silent and stealthy.
She eyeballs the chests full of Santa gold with greedy eyes before turning away and heading towards the crew quarters, padding softly and carefully through the broken glass into the room.
Thinking she has been quite stealthy indeed, she attempts to stick to the shadows as her fur slips into bright red pores and horns sprout from behind shaggy ears. As she grows in height, she remains low and and survey the room for points of interest.
Placing her open left palm on her chest, she stifles a giggle and closes her eyes to keep them from blazing with bright fire; she'd rather not reveal her location if she can help it. She runs the fingers of her right hand delicately across her closed eyelids, a soft, mossy trail of green growth tracing across her skin like verdant fur behind her touch. Breathing in slowly, she flicks open her eyes, and they shine coldly in the darkness, not unlike a feline.

Elwin remained oblivious to Tori's presence as she slipped past him--the realization of what he had found was quite a distraction. He quickly placed the candy cane wand into his pouch just as the ship was rocked by more cannonballs.
Dexterity Save:21 Strength Save:1
He didn't even realize how close he'd come to death. One second he was putting away his newfound loot; the next he was staring at a hole in the hull of the ship that had suddenly appeared beside him; and the second after that, he was somehow outside the ship, looking at it upside down before hitting the water's surface head-first. It wasn't until the sounds of being underwater came to him that he even registered the noise of the cannonballs he had heard.
Torment feels her body being shredded by shrapnel and flying debris. The blast throws her clear of the ship, blood and wood trailing behind in her slipstream.
She hits the water with a solid, painful smack, consciousness fluttering.
Falling off of a ship more than once was enough to remind her that nature is a chaotic, angry beast, and seeking balance was the only way to stay sane. Rolling over, she begins considering the town below.
(And wonders if the amazing roll of 27 perception did anything for her before the ship spit her out again)
Her chain falls from her frock the Unicorn horn dangling toward the bottom of the lake, slowly moving in the current. As her it twinkles up into her eyes, she begins laughing maniacally, bubbles wreathing her head. Against the resistance of the water, she pulls her hands in for a slow, submarine clap and grins, watching the scale tilt back in her direction.
A massive, stony grey form rises from the depths beneath her, pressing up against her body and breaching with her atop it. She takes a heaving breath and straddles the strange island beneath her, laughing with a cheery insanity.
From the edge of the bulbous shape, a long trunk rises from the water, up and up, finally revealing dark eyes and a dagger filled mouth. Rolling it's head back to the sky, the Plesiosaur roars and wheels about, heading towards the Krampy ship.
I'm guessing it would be easiest if the dino acts with her in initiative at this point, yes?
As the ship rights itself, Tam is in full blown swear mode. She reengages her catapult for another flaming volley, as she shouts, "Where the hell did they come from?! " Instinct takes over and she's snaps into solider mode, "Every gnome to the candypults! Take those bastard down!"
(Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 150/300 ft. (can't hit targets within 60 feet of it), one target. Hit: 3d10 bludgeoning damage. Mostly so I don't forget.)
Flaming Attack: 17 Damage: 15
Intimidation with a side of persuasion for the sailors, rolling advantage given her solider background: 20
Tori, with her 27 Perception, notices, through the hole, the Island with the glowing Crystal, still intact.... (Everything of value has been discovered, and there is definitely no one sleeping in the middle of this intense battle) . But right as she notices it, she, along with X, are swept off the ship by the canonballs!
Elwin is still in the Cargo Hold looting the sinking ship, while Tam orders another volley of Candypult. The Gnomes release the molten Candy on one of the Krampus ships, shattering its central mast, and setting the sails on fire!
Tori and X may both roll an Acrobatics check DC 20, to attempt to ride the cannonballs that hit them
Tori and X may both roll an Acrobatics check DC 20, to attempt to ride the cannonballs that hit them
(OOC sorry I guess I jumped the gun there. Tori will stick with landing in the water and taking her turn as described if we're back to the top of the initiative order)
OOC I'm back! This 2 day Avernus Epic Event was awesome! Anyways...
I'm sorry I missed the whole thing with Tori and the Plesiosaurus. Just re-read through it. X (now in the water), Elwin (still in the Cargo Hold), and Tam may now take their turn.
Tori needs to roll to see if she can ride the cannonball this round, and if she falls back into the water, she can then use her upcoming turn to summon the aquatic Dino.
Then the NPCs/Bad Guys get to go.
