Harpy 3 flies down and recovers the body of the fallen harpy, rather than leaving it for the Owlbears, now burdened her fly speed is reduced and she flies upwards only 5 feet off the ground, still visible.
I think Galtheon would be one of the defenders; but he would prefer to continue targetting the one he attacked last turn if possible. So, if it's not the one that came down, he would like to keep the bow and break cover again, sneaking if possible (perhaps from other side of shelter?), to shoot the wounded one. If the one that came down is wounded, he would drop his bow and draw one of his swords and attack it, trying to ensure we get it flanked.

The one you struck before is the “singer,” remaining on its perch 25 feet up.
OOC: OK, here is a test of party initiative. Everyone who has not done so already roll your Wisdom saves vs the Luring Song, if you succeed you may post and roll actions, and if you fail note you may choose your order of actions, so the charmed ones can elect to go last allowing other PCs turns to grab them or scream in their faces to grant them an additional out of turn saving throw.
The Owlbears are next and are again agitated by the song, the fire, the motion. They would have been content to drag the dead harpy back to the it cave, but now they are again furious. There is still an opportunity to do Handle Animal with advantage if a Torch is employed and fire. The DC is 15 now. Each Owlbear must be cowed as a separate Action. Note if either Owlbear is attacked, the mate cannot be cowed and will attack, without question.
The horses are also more agitated. They can also be cowed as a bonus action but the DC for that handle animal check has increased to 12 and has no advantage. They will act last and will attempt to bolt if not calmed. One success will calm all horses.
I am going to log off for the night. Tomorrow we can resume, I look forward to seeing your actions. Best of luck with rolls! The Harpy adjacent to the Barbarian is now an eligible target for melee attacks and Sneak attack as well.
As a final complication to make this messier, your client, the only one who knows the path to the mine, Okkar, failed his save. I will have him act last in party initiative, but he is under the Luring Spell effect. (It would not display the dice roll so I rolled a physical D20 and I’m going with it. It also adds to the drama.)
If someone screams in his face as an action you can roll his save for him, he needs a 10 to succeed due to his wisdom bonus. If you grab him go against a flat DC of 12 for Athletics, and you would have Advantage. The harpy who is singing is 25 feet up, shifted slightly to the direction the Owlbears are approaching from, so she is luring people to exit that side.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: Oops I was typing this and didn't see what you said DM
Taraven will move (if needed) to get within 60 feet of Harpie 2. Once within 60 feet, a blue-white light streak emerges from her hand as she casts Ray of Frost in hopes to deal damage and continue to slow it down from flying away.
Attack 20
Cold Damage (if it hits) 1
Taraven digs a little deeper into her magic power while letting out a "Rahhhh!" and uses a sorcery point to twin ray of frost and target another Harpie in range.
Attack 17
Cold Damage (if hits) 5
If it hits, the harpie(s) their speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of my next turn.

[OOC: Angered by the attack on him, Nanoc will use his Bonus Action to rage and attack the harpy that attacked him, however, because he sees his main job as defending the horses he will not use Reckless Attack. Also, considering the time zone issue we faced before, unless I come on and say otherwise, he will try to protect the horses by keeping himself between them and any attackers using the Dodge action to make himself harder to hit, but doing any Attacks of Opportunity that comes his way (Referee to roll for me). If the rage falls, he will not renew it.]
"Take this, bird *****!" shouts Nanoc in a frenzied voice as he swings his scimitar at the feathered fury.
Unable to parse dice roll.; Damage: 7 ]
Not sure what happened with the to-hit roll, so trying it again: 25
Adding the roll for Bless, which I forgot again: 2

OOC: So, since the Wisdom save dice hate me, I will just say Evan was planning to drop a Silence spell on the harpies on his turn, but obviously that won't work now that he is stunned. If someone "un-stuns" him before his turn, he will go ahead and drop the Silence spell on the harpies.
Wisdom save if someone gives him a chance before his turn due to shaking/yelling/whatever: 18
OOC: OMG, Evan wants to dance to that tune, and nothing will stop him!

Ignoring the harpy's cry with unnerving calm, Ilecerys grabs a flaming torch from the fire and hurls it in the direction of the nearest owlbear, shouting at it to back away as he advances out of the overhang to position himself in an exposed position between the owlbears and the party's overhang. Animal Handling 20
As a bonus action, he prepares for the worst and applies Patient Defense to take the Dodge action.
Harpy 2 flies down 25 and engages a PC on the outermost layer of the outcropping with melee attacks - which PCs are “defending”?
Basically my understanding is the whole party can act in any order they wish. Might be preferred for PBP due to speed?
CHarm Save: 19
Ilecerys Wisdom save: 26

Nanoc is defending the horses, which probably means he is nearer the outside.

Ok, Nanoc will be engaged in melee with a harpy.
It attacks once with its claws, once with a club it draws from its back.
Claw 13
Club 15
The 16 hits? Or is he using a shield at present?
He grabbed his shield earlier, so it is a miss.

Galtheon tries to sneak out the other side and get a view of the singer (Sneak: 17).
(( Let me know if it's possible/permitted; I accept it may just be impossible now ))
Nanoc grabbed his shield here.
