That's frustrating. Nothing like spending hundreds on a bundle to miss out on the next installment.
Don't worry about "missing out"; if you hadn't bought the bundle back then, it would now account for the price of the new book - the cost of the bundles always increase when new books are added to it. (You can actually check it if you compare the price of the bundle without logging in to the price you've paid.)

Ah so background spells do get added to your class spell list if you choose the ravnica/strixhaven background but not if you custom background and choose Ravnica/strixhaven background feature. Is that working as intended? Choosing X as your background feature is supposed to give you the benefit of that background, correct?
I also noticed this. Using a custom background with the Strixhaven background feature is not expanding the spell list.
My 1st level silverquill initiate feat spell seems to only cast as a ninth level spell. If I try to change the level, it says undefined. This is Silverquill--Charisma's guiding bolt, for reference.

You must not have a class with Spellcasting (or not at your current class level.) I just tested this myself. But this is a bug.
DDB seems to have implemented the feat Strixhaven Initiate (Silverquill - Charisma) 1st-level spell as a known-spell instead of single-use. I checked Prismari - Wisdom and it's a single-use per long rest. I'll check the other feats.
Edit: All 3 of the Strixhaven Initiate feats for Silverquill have the same problem. The 1st-level spell shows up as CAST instead of USE in the Spells section of the character sheet, they don't show up there at all if you don't have spell/pact slots, and they don't have a 1/LR checkbox under Features & Traits.

I thought it should be both...
You can cast the chosen 1st-level spell without a spell slot, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast it in this way again. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have.

The Quandrix Professor of Theory doesn't appear available in the Encounter Builder, even though I can access the stat sheet. Kind of a bummer because that Professor has some pretty awesome abilities to run a 1 vs. many encounter.
When manually adding the Strixhaven initiate Lordhold (intelligence) feat (only one bugged I've found so far) you aren't able to choose the spells.
Also, when adding the Strixhaven initiate feat to a non-spellcasting class it doesn't display the option to cast that spell with the one free use. I have poured over the feat description and I don't see anything that says the character needs to have access to spellcasting or pact magic in order to do that free cast. (looks like this is just for Silverquill (Charisma) so far)

Howdy, I've got a bit of am issue. I purchased the compendium content, but I can't see them in the character options. Also, when I search the feats section of the compendium it won't offer a description and instead directs me to the market. When I view the market, it says I have already purchased the compendium content. Also, when I go to my account to sync the data like the original post of this thread suggests, it says everything is synced.

That's because the compendium is just the book online, not any of the integration into the tools.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
I noticed a display bug in the mobile app. When reading the Strixhaven book, the first-year student statblock is correct when read in the chapter but has a bug in the ability score display when using the direct page. The desktop site does not have the error.
There is doubling among some of the new monster sub-types designating class. Wizard, Warlock, and Sorcerer are all listed twice in the Monster Sub-Type filter, once for Witchlight and then again for Strixhaven.

They just want you to see them, they are afraid of being forgotten.
Is it only me, or are the backdrops that came with the book's pre-order in a very low resolution? I have no zoom on the page and I can still pretty clearly see the pixels on my end (especially around the areas in the image where darker and lighter colors meet).

Nope, same for me very grainy and disappointing

Ok I have it downloaded in the reader app but not on the players app, am I going to have to Uninstall and Install again?

The Reader/Player App was fused into some months ago, so you should have access to the Player portion also.

Did you reset your filters?
Sorry, maybe I should have been more clear. It appears in the encounter builder, but it says that I need to go to the marketplace to purchase the book, but I already have the book purchased and can access the stat blocks of all the other professors, just not this one. It seems that https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/127311-strixhaven-a-curriculum-of-chaos-issues-and?comment=57 has the same issue.

It looks like this:

8(-1) 8 (-1) 12(+1)
CON DEX CON
13(+1) 12(+1) 13(+1)
