I haven't seen anything about this that I can find, so thought I'd post in here to ask. In Chapter 2 of the Adventures book, looking at the section on Restoring Freedale, the occupants of the Temple of Lathander are listed as four Cultist Acolytes and one Death Cultist. I cannot find any monster entry for a Cultist Acolyte, and in fact the text for it is bolded but has no link to a monster entry for such a creature. Any idea what stat block the Cultist Acolyte is supposed to use?
Yeah that looks like a mistake. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be Cultist Fanatics
Also the "Harper Pin" magic item should be two separate items, the uncommon silver pin and the rare golden pin per it's description, but there is just one uncommon item with the description for both in it.
I found a spelling error unless they decided to change the spelling of an already known character's name.
In the section for The Dalelands > Eagle's Aerie (which also used to be Eagles' Eyrie) they mention Randal Morn but spell it as "Randall Morn". According to older adventures and all lore entries I can find it's supposed to be spelled with one "L", and not two.

I found an error in the Crown of Horns item - it says that Power Word Kill is presented with a save DC, which it doesn't really need for the spell.
