Forge Adept: expanded spell list provides spell availability as long as the spell slot level is available (i.e. if you multiclass and have 5th level spell slots, you can use Banishing Smite even if you're only 3rd artificer)
It's likely that the level learned hasn't been set for specific spells, just all gained at level 3.
Maverick Spells, is programmed to function only with artificer levels. Even though its meant to scale with Prof Bonus So multiclassing level 5, does not gain the 3rd proficiency prepared spell.
From the DM's Guild PDF version of this product, it looks like we finally have an official resolution to the swim speed conflict for the Kalamer Landwalker Merfolk. The Swift Swimmer trait should be deleted. That did always strike me as the simplest solution, but I had been hoping that they had accidentally overwritten something else that wasn't related to swim speed.
The kalamer landwalker species continues to have issues with speed. In merfolk form, it correctly displays a 10 ft walking speed and a 40 ft swimming speed, but landwalker form shows 30 ft walk / 30 ft swim instead of the described 20 ft walk / 0 ft swim. You can override the landwalker's walking speed and its swimming speed will change to match it, presumably due to the Swift Swimmer feature. However, its swimming speed cannot be overridden.
Classes and feats that affect speed still do not interact with the kalamer properly either. The Sea Druid's Level 6 ability, Aquatic Affinity, and the Ranger's Level 6 ability, Rover, make your swim speed equal to your walking speed; this reduces the merfolk form's swim speed to 10 ft, and it cannot be overridden. The Fathomless Warlock does not increase the landwalker's swim speed to 40 ft. The Monk's Unarmored Movement ability, the Ranger's Rover ability, and the Speedy feat do not add 10 ft to the walking speed of either form.
The kalamer landwalker is still having problems due to conflicting traits affecting its speed. Is there any update on a fix for this like Kaviyd_49845's comment above?
Maverick spells are not quite functioning as intended when multiclassing. Something seems to be pulling from Artificer level rather than character level. You can select and prepare the correct number of extra spells, but none of them actually appear in your spell list (with the exception of the cantrip). For example, a level 20 character can choose 6 extra spells, but they don't show up in the spell list, yet if you drop down to whichever option is reflective of you artificer level (eg. Prof bonus +4, character level 9+), the feature functions as intended and all maverick spells appear in the spell list, but you don't get the full number you are entitled to.

ModeratorIf you're referring to that feat's Mentor in the Uul benefit, it seems to be consistently formatted both in the book and in the listing.

The spellburrow item still does not have a way to select spells from the stated lists.
