I know it's been stated in here by a few others, but just to point out that it's maybe not isolated, I'm also finding that subrace Ability increases aren't able to be changed by Custom Origins. High Elves, for instance, can have a flexible +2 from the Dexterity boost, but the +1 to Intelligence is not able to be changed.
They've mentioned that the primal beasts won't be available in Extras because they're described in the feature. However, since there's no way to get the feature on the character sheet right now, that's a broken solution. I just want to make sure this is clear so it doesn't get missed.
The custom lineage stuff was the only reason I bought the book and it is unintuitive to use. There should be a selection of drop down boxes that makes it smooth
The Eldritch Adept feat doesn't give a way to actually select Eldritch Invocations. When will this be ready?
From the actual OP, here's the info on that:
CHARACTER OPTIONS: FEATS
Tasha brings a whole slew of new feats to customise your characters!
Eldritch Adept and Fighting Initiate - The systems to support these feats are currently in development, we have provided placeholder feats so they can be selected for now.
Fey Touched, Shadow Touched, Telekinetic and Telepathic - These feats have been separated into 3 feats each to cover the different Statistics Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma. Please select the one appropriate to your character.
The Martial Adept feat from the Player's Handbook does not include the new battlemaster maneuvers from this sourcebook.
Not sure if I've missed it but are the new Beast Master Animal Companions (Beast of the Land, Beast of the Sea, Beast of the Sky) being added to the Extras section or somewhere else?
You currently have no available optional class features for this class
Unlock all official options in the Marketplace or create them for Homebrew Subclasses.
So I've already bought Tasha's on DnDBeyond, also I've ticked the box to allow Optional Class Features. But when I try to use the Optional Class Features, this pops up saying I can't use the feature because I don't own them?
On the plus side... Optional Origins works though.
The custom lineage stuff was the only reason I bought the book and it is unintuitive to use. There should be a selection of drop down boxes that makes it smooth
Agreed on the "unintuitive to use" part, I guess from a user standpoint, as soon as it's enabled on the home tab something like the ASI/Feat dropdown would be nice where you first select which one you want to use and depending on that possible further options
Ranger variant features aren't working properly. If you select Deft Explorer it doesn't show Canny (but does refer to it) and the level 6 (roving) and 10 (tireless) benefits don't show up at all.
Likewise, if you select favoured foe it still shows your favoured enemy at level 6 and 10.

Druid, Circle of Stars, says this under Star Map ability: "You can cast guiding bolt without expending a spell slot. You can do so a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest." But it shows guiding bolt as only having 2 uses when my Circle of Stars Druid is level 13 and has a +5 proficiency bonus. The description says I can do it 5 times, but only has two uses under the spell tab and for the check boxes under the ability.
I posted this earlier in this thread, but it was deleted. I have made a new character post unlock, and can confirm this is still an issue:
Artificer Armorer subclass still has to choose the arcane armor type when it should have access to both (same with those armor's weapons); or at least have an ability to toggle between the two since you can change them during a short rest (currently have to edit the character each time).
Artificer Armorer subclass still cannot infuse their arcane armor's weapons with Enhanced Weapon infusions even though the description of the armor indicates these weapons are considered simple weapons.
Artificer Armorer subclass - still cannot use the infusion for Helm of Awareness because it is looking for a helm object to infuse which doesn't exist (doesn't even work if you have the Dread Helm in your inventory and equipped).
Artificer - missing infusion for Armor of Magical Strength
Artificer Battle Smith subclass - cannot add the Steel Defender under Extras (it prompts a search through the available monsters instead of a pre-generated statblock)
Artificer - cannot add the Homunculus under Extras (same problem as steel defender).
So I know it's worked for others and from looking at all the information, it seems as if everyone who pre ordered tashas is unable to use any of the optional class features. I have gone through a lot of the characters i've made and they all have been unable to use the optional class features even though they met the level requirements and I had the toggle on.

Same thing here. Origins works not class features and I get the same message
I have a player that is 11the level Ranger Fey Wanderer, but the Fey Wanderer Spells are not appearing the spell “list” as auto prepared. Why?
Charm Person
Misty Step
Dispel Magic
any ideas?

Unable to change the ability increase from a subrace.

Character for reference
Can't change the weapon proficiencies gained from subraces, such as the high and wood elves.

The "Roving" class feature variant for the ranger is not being displayed on the character sheet and the bonus isn't added to your movement.
Also Primeval awareness isn't replaced but Primal Awareness is just added on top.
On monk, the Dedicated Weapon doesn't let you make a weapon into a monk weapon.

Customize Your Origin: Ability score increase for sub races isn't showing up as an option to reassign.
Bugbears do not have the "Origin Ability Score Increase" option when "Customize Your Origin" is enabled.
