Like the title says, I'm looking for a way to synch the DDB Reader on my android with D&D Beyond and the new app. I thought they shared the same account but I've never used the website before today. I hope I don't need to repurchase all the sources books.
I think I did that but now DDB Reader shows my books installed, but asks me to purchase them to be able to view them. D&D Beyond still does not show that I own the books either. All the purchases I made for Reader were made using the same email that I am using for this account.

D&D Beyond StaffYes, in the profile settings you can merge two accounts.
