I own all of the sourcebooks and adventures through you guys, and the only book that I can download in the new and improved D&D Beyond app is the Basic Handbook. Everything else in that tool says "Go to Marketplace". Some of the books say "Currently Unavailable", and others have a price tag on them. Yes, I have signed out, and signed back in. Still no joy on material that I should own.
My downloaded books won’t open. They say I need to free up space on my device to open them. I have over 50gb of free space on my iPad.
Ok, two question, first relates to the app.
With the downloaded books, did you download them before or after the latest app update? If you downloaded them before its possible you may need to download them again, if you didnt and download them after the app update, then look to the second question.
Which brings us to the second question.
Were the books able to be opened before 24 hours ago. Aka, were you able to open before iOS 14.5.1 update came out. Now you find those books arent opening. If this is the case, try doing the above again by downloading them again.
If you are still having issues, I would advise opening a new thread regarding such so it can be tracked easier as an issue which is separate to this one.

Please advise.
We had some tech issues overnight. Please let us know if the problem still persists.
It seems to be resolved, thank you.
