Hi DND beyond team The new app seems pretty cool, but I have found a bug with searching within a source book: when I click on search I do not see what I am typing. It will return hits, or say something like: no results for tabxi, because the lack of visible feedback as I type
Also as a more general point, I would love it if you could include/adapt the print version's indexes, they are so much more useful than searches from my point of view. Obviously the index would just consist of links rather than page numbers since you don't have page numbers
Thanks for all the hard work! Alex
PS for reference, when I search in the Reader App, I do always get to see what I am typing
Might be relevant to describe the page I see: when I click on Search I see an image from EGtW (which I own and have downloaded) and the text "Use search to find spells, items, book, monsters and more" but no actual search box

Further clarifications:
I'm using the Android app
The bug is specific to tapping the search icon in an open book (top right)
A fix is underway.
That's great news, thanks!
What about an import of sourcebooks' indexes?
