Hi!

I'm new on DND, so sorry if this is a dumb question, but If I get the Player's Handbook that right now is on 17.99 (https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/sourcebooks/players-handbook), would I be able to use on the APP? or it just like a PDF.

You will be able to use it in the app. It will behave as, for instance, Basic Rules.
