If I look at any of my character sheets while disconnected, any option that I got from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything just get replaced by the default options, and Ability Score Increase from racial feature just gets traight up ignored in some cases. This is frustrating as my connection is weak most of the time and I end up playing a game with the wrong stats and features

Thank you for the speedy response. I am on Android, I can not show you right now as it displays correctly when I have a good connection. The problem starts when my connection fails
When you say character ID do you mean the shareable link or what?
The character ID is /characters/66393399, and I'm sorry but I don't know how to attach pictures here it just shows up like this if I use that insert link thing.
But the rub of it is I'm playing a ranger with Tasha's options (Deft Explorer and Primal Awareness) but they don't show up when offline, instead I see Natural Explorer and Primeval Awareness, which means I lose 2 languages, an expertise and a spell.
/characters/65089451 is another one, I chose to customize my abilities, but when I'm offline It just drops my racial ability bonus altogether

As for the ID, a link or a portion of the link where it says /characters/123456 would be it.
As for the screenshot, it's fine if it is displaying the correct data. I am trying to figure out which area of the app you are referring to.
