I am so frustrated with this app.  It's been miserable.  I've had this for I don't know how long, but it seems like forever and I still don't understand how to use it!

I don't need help with the Player's Handbook.  I need help understanding how to create a character!  I need help understanding how to access the different dice I have purchased from you!  I need a Documented Guidebook on how to use your app!   The Forum hasn't been that helpful.

Why can't I complete the build of a second character?  The app is stuck on a "What's Next" screen with no clue on how to finish the build.  I have spent money on digital dice with no understanding how to change them in the app.  Honestly, this still feels like an alpha build from my perspective.  I stream Critical Role and watch the players using this with no issues but they have the creator's direct assistance. 

Why can't I use the app in Windows 10?

Please help.  I can't recommend this to anyone I know.  I'm unhappy that I spent money on this.

It needs much better documentation.

The "app" is only available on mobile. On a desktop/laptop, you need to use the website. Once you get to the last page of the character sheet, there does seem to be a bug that prevents you from clicking "view character." So, just click view all characters and you'll see your PC.

Once you've created your PC, hover your mouse of My Collections in the top-left corner of the screen and select My Dice. Easy.

I sympathize with the bug. It's new, but has an easy work-a-round. Once you get going, you'll find DnDBeyond is the best digital character sheet available. It usually works quite well.

 It seems to be working now. I've created two PCs without issue.
