Make the actions tab more inclusive of all possible actions a player could take to make it easier for beginners.
list actions such as dodge, disengage, ready, help, etc. Make it so these actions can be disabled so more tenured players don't have to see them
display prepared spells with the slot picker next to them.
display prepared cantrips.
Include columns for Type ( Action, Bonus Action and Special) range, attack roll modifier, effect, and saving throw. If there is no roll needed for that column just put -

Pretty much everything you are asking for is there, and real close to how you suggest it to be.
The actions are near the bottom of the actions window including class, subclass, feat, and racial actions bonus actions, and reactions tabs at the top also filter the same options for specific filters Same for spells and inventory.
Spells can be modified in the character sheet to be displayed as attack actions even if they are not attack spells
You can click the manage spells button and manage your spells by level including cantrips and prepare them if your class has that option
You can also click/long press on just about anything on the character sheet and get more info and sometimes the book/page reference.
I rarely use the app as I prefer the website experience but most if not all of these functions are on the app to it just has more pages to swipe through where the website is windows on a page with tabs sub tabs and scrolling.
I have been using DDB for several years and get lost on the app but not the website. I also play with people that are faster on the app than me at getting to what they want.
