I purchased a digital download of a book that I can view through dndbeyond.com in the sources, but I don’t see it as a download in the dndbeyond app, and it says I haven’t purchased it.
Make sure your computer and phone use the same account. People often accidentally create two accounts on two different devices.

I was experiencing the same issue. Close the mobile app and reopen - this worked for me and showed my purchased content available for download.
