do you best effort to recreate them. I have only double checked one person's log sheet. He put down a statue as a magic item. But he remembered the title of the module and i was able to look it up.
If you have the adventure codes then it should be pretty straight forward to recreate the logs. Date and DM might be the hardest part but if you remember the location/shop but not the name of the DM then just note that, same for the approximate date. The names will give you the tiers and magic items that are dropped in the adventures. The only other item you would need to add to the logs are items bought and sold (original gear sold, armor/weapons/potions purchased) which you should be able to figure out from the current character sheet. It might take a little while but you should be able to reproduce the missing logs adequately. (Some folks might include notes on the module played, what happened, decisions made but that is more for the player than the logs).
The key elements of a log are : Date, DM, Name/ID of module, Magic items and consumables received, gear bought and sold, any character rebuilding, total gold, total downtime accumulated, story awards, anything you spend downtime on.
Hi, I played through a full AL path last year, but the paperwork got lost last year. What can I do to make sure the character stays legal?
