She's free to pick a new one, but it should be based on established events, maybe a connection to someone she met along her journey, or a desire to avenge a fallen comrade. If I'm not mistaken, Adventurers League rules specify the Personality Traits etc section as the only part of your character you're always allowed to edit.

Sent my SO to the Shadowfell tonight and she left a Bond lighter.
Are there any modules that would allow her to gain a new bond? Or is she just free to pick a new one? Her character is level 9.
