Hey gang! I’m debating running hardcovers from older seasons like tyranny and storm kings thunder. These both hand out some legendary items at lower levels. I was wondering are these considered story items useable by a single player only during the hardcover? Are they unlockable items only useable if a PC reaches 17 (ie not useable at all really)?
I tried looking up a campaign guide for running in AL but nothing I can find is updated. Thanks!
