I've got a polearm master specced fighter, just entered tier 2 with him and realised i'm needing to buff my gear. But are there any AL Magic Polearms out there? Weapons that actually benefit fully from the feat? Or do i need to focus on Str increases so i can deal some decent damage?
Season 9 / Historical Players Guide v9.2 renown. Renown item. Adept(tier 2) characters can choose to gain a +1 weapon, +1 shield, +1 rod of the pact keeper, or a +1 wand of the war mage tied to their background (a Folk Hero might get an old +1 greatsword that belonged to a retired adventurer, a Sage may find a +1 wand of the war mage hidden in a library, for example). Your character’s Magic Item Limit applies to this item, and the item can’t be sold or traded, but can be replaced with other items as you wish.
This renown item does count to magic item limit of 3.
Or are you asking which module/book gives out a magical polearm?
Just to add to Jasper's comments ... similar renown rules also apply to season 10 characters -
"RENOWN MAGIC ITEMS At Adept and higher rank, your character gain access to basic magic items—specifically bags of holding, +1 weapons, +1 shields, +1 rods of the pact keeper, and +1 wands of the war mage—and can choose as many of them as their Magic Item Limit permits."
You can fill out to your magic item limit of 3 items in tier 2 with any of these (including discarding a magic item you don't want and replacing it).
In addition, you can have your character join a faction (changing your character background feature to Safe Haven) and then take your pick of faction magic items as well. You can even create a custom faction as part of your character story but in that case the only magic item available is a ring of protection.
"FACTION MAGIC ITEMS Adept faction members obtain one magical ring bearing their faction’s insignia that identifies them as a member."
These entries are all in the AL Player Guide.

So if you are level 5 and want a magic polearm - just log one a +1 polearm of your choice as being obtained via renown.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a list of AL modules containing specific magic items then there is a resource available listing all the magic items from most if not all AL legal content, both modules and hardcovers and including a lot of the CCC modules.
As far as I can tell there are no +3 polearms and the only +2 would appear to be a halberd from an amendment to the OotA hardcover. However, you may see folks with +3 polearms who played during season 8 with its overly generous evergreen items but these will be historical characters only.
Correction: DDAL05-18 drops a +3 weapon of the player's choice so you should be able to get a +3 polearm from that module.
I think one of the reasons they are so keen on seasonality is the mess they made with over powered magic items being too easily available during that one season.
P.S. If you are looking for magical staves to use 1-handed or spears (which can both be used with PAM) there are quite a few more options. Many of the staff options though require multiclassing (like the Staff of Power mentioned above with requires attunement by a sorcerer, warlock or wizard)

I'm not sure which modules have them, but staff of power might be your best bet. Or staff of striking or staff of thunder and lightning if you don't want to multiclass...
If you want something with reach, I've got nothing.

Check this out: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1omoTExpdh7cdiq9NnfVpf6-CnAkGRbA-FMIiNaZXpvg
There's an Index at the end of the tabs where you can search for stuff you're interested in.
I've found a Blood Spear (CoT), and a +2 Halberd (OotA). Though, like the others said, you may get more variety and power with the staves.
