I actually think I would too, but... some DMs might say you get the same wings that you'd normally get in your humanoid form and they're not capable of carrying a bear in flight.
I don't see anywhere in the ability that says you must be humanoid to get the flying speed. All it says it that you sprout wings and gain a flying speed of 30 Feet. Since while wild shape you still have access to all racial and class abilities outside of spellcasting, then I don't see why this would work. It would be based on DM of course (because everything is) but I don't see anything Raw that prevents this.
Well, I only tried to point out above that there is a bit of leeway on interpretation on "physically capable" in this case. Wings that are physically capable of carrying a humanoid may not be physically capable of carrying a bear, and that question is entirely a per table question.
I also admitted that I'd reasonably allow it, but, for example, I wouldn't allow an aarakocra to use their flying speed. Obviously the aarakocra is no longer physically capable of flight after they transform and lose their wings.

Protector Aasimar and Wildshape. I'm not saying more.
Bears can't fly. It would be up to your DM to decide if you can use that particular feature in wildshape form.
Well, it would epic, and if i was dm, i would allow it

Yup, did it. Was awesome. I also added 2 levels of paladin, so holy smite flying bear.
Also I gave her a ridicoulous accent.

Since the flying is a racial ability of the aasimar and wildshape lets you keep your racial abilities, as ridiculous as it sounds, RAW it works.
