Wild shape forms on character sheet

I played around on sheet, did quick search in forums - no joy.

How to add forms to sheet? Can they update stats and then revert back to standard when done? Rollable attacks etc ?  I don’t see way to do it, any tips appreciated thanks !

If you go to Extras and manage extras, I think you can add wildshape forms there.  (As well as familiars and summoned creatures).

Not sure if it will do everything you want - I don't think it tracks HP - but I've used it to make rolls with Beyond20.

It actually does do everything he wants.  You can track HP & Temp HP, it automatically calculates your stats, and you can roll your attacks.
