Might need a bit more information to go by on what restrictions there are on the item (if any) and how you're planning to build the character.
A good item to recommend for any druid is a moon sickle; it's available in different rarities determining the bonus it gets (+1 to +3). This bonus applies both to attack and damage rolls for the weapon, but also to your spellcasting modifier and spell save DC, which is great for a caster. It also gives a small boost to healing (only a d4, but free extra healing is still free extra healing). While Circle of Spores doesn't really want to be in melee anymore than other druids do (when not wildshaped), a decent magic weapon helps to keep it an option in case you don't have a choice.
If your DM hasn't set any limits for the item, I'd try asking for the Mighty Servant of Leuk-o, because it's a magic robot mech-suit for up to two pilots (Pacific Rim style). 😂
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.

For an upcoming campaign I am playing a level 15 Circle Of Spores Druid and have been given the option to get an item of my choice. Any suggestions?
