Given that they're two very different subclasses designed to fill very different roles, this is kind of an apples & oranges situation. Which one is better is more about your personal preference for which role you want to play.

You titled this "Hear me out" but then didn't provide any rationale for your opinion. If you wanted to start a discussion you should present your reasoning - explain WHY you think the Circle of Stars is superior to Circle of Moon. Otherwise your post is meaningless. You might have just as well said "Guys, hear me out...potatoes, am I right?"
