I have a question about the HP of a my circle of the moon wild shape form and a human form.
As a human I have an HP of 24. In my animal form (dire wolf) I have 37 HP
So if I understand correctly if my human with 24 HP turns into an dire wolf I gain 37 HP temporarily HP. When I turn back without getting hit I have 24 again.
Now to my question if I turn into an dire wolf and lose all but 1HP and I turn back into my human form. What happens when I turn back into an dire wolf, do I have 1HP or do I have 37HP again?
Can someone please explain this as easy as possible to me? I am so confused.
The Wild Shaped form's HP are specific to that use of your Wild Shape ability. According to the rules, "When you take more HP in damage than your wild shaped form has left you revert to your normal form and the extra damage carries over." That means that when you revert back you have however many HP your human form had. And then when you wild shape again you have the beast's full HP.

Remember, you take all the damage dealt to you when you go back. Take 9 damage as a wolf, then you take 9 when you turn back.
No, that's not how that works. Turn into a wolf, you have the wolf's HP. When the wolf runs out of HP, you turn back into your druid form, and your druid form is at whatever HP it was before you turned into a wolf. If the wolf was at 1 HP and took 9 damage, then the druid form would take 8 damage. You don't turn into a wolf, take a bunch of damage, then turn back into a druid and take that damage a second time.

Thank you in advance for you help. :)
When you shift back to your Druid form, you have all the HP you had before you transformed. But, if you take enough damage to knock your Wild Shape form down to 0, you are forced back into your Druid form and take any remaining damage. So if you were that Dire Wolf with 1HP and got hit for 8, you would take 1 point as a Dire Wolf and forced back to your Druid form, and you'd take the remaining 7 points of damage as a Druid, leaving you with 17HP.
One last nitpick to add: the HP you have in wildshape are not temp-HP. They are the HP of the wildshape-form. so if you took damage as a wolf you could be healed up. You also can recieve Temp-HP in Wildshape.
