Its main features are the powers, which are a variety of spell-like attacks (though they aren't spells).
You gain powers from a class that uses powers, from the Power Initiate feat, or from a universal subclass called the Power-user.
Player's Guide to Powers has 8 power classes and over 900 powers. All of which were faithfully adapted from the 4th Edition Player's Handbook.
Additionally, it features Prestige Classes. Unlike classes, Prestige Classes aren't true classes and have prerequisites for membership. Advancing in your Prestige Class relies on increasing your Renown within that Prestige Class.
Finally, you can enhance your Epic Level gameplay with Epic Destinies. They aren't classes, they have prerequisites for membership, and they advance through a score (an Epic Score). However, a character must be at least 18th level to attain one, they have appropriately epic features, and they provide some guidelines on closing out your character's journeys.
Below is a preview of the Power-user.
I hope you enjoy it!
