I am looking for a advanture book (or something) but rather a whole advanture I want many small ones that last the group 1-3 sessions to complete. I basically want to throw them in as side quests when I have no time or idea to prepare something that week.

Go to the DM's Guild. They have loads of one shot adventures, sortable by theme. https://www.dmsguild.com/
You can also check out the Tales from the Yawning Portal, Ghosts of Saltmarsh, and Candlekeep Mysteries books. Each is an anthology of adventures of various levels that you can just drop into an existing campaign.
unfortunately i don't think there's a key word to find the encounter bundles (like he does with the maps), so you have to sift through all his stuff to find the encounter collections.

Seconding www.dmsguild.com, great place to find one shots and other smaller adventures to piece together.
