It's a bit f a weird question and roll20 seems like the obvious choice for a virtual tabletop, however my campaign setting doesn't merge very well with it. The campaign is basically one massive dungeon, it's all thought out with floors, enemies, puzzles, traps, extra gimmicks because I'm a sadist, etc.
The only issue I have is how to convey the players and enemies locations in a custom map, because the dungeon is rather combat centered and sending screenshots of color coded squares onto a discord server isn't working.
I'm not a NEW DM but I'm most certainly not a veteran, so any recommendations for what I should do about this issue?
Miro is a relatively free but intrusive online white board that you can use Google to log into. Other users can log in as viewers or editors. It's got a pretty complex set of tools for drawing.
Google Jamboard is free as well, already baked into Google Suite and does not spam with you with "please upgrade" emails. It however has a lot less tools.
If you look there (I time stamped) what I'm doing is using the Windows Snip tool (Win + Shift + S) to snip part of the official map. I'm then pasting it onto the Jamboard and lining it up with what they've already discovered. It's not as easy as simply revealing fog of war but it works and it's 100% free. I'm also much less likely to accidently over-reveal.
Inkarnate, you can map out the dungeon room by room and send pictures on discord. I don’t do dungeon runs but I do use this method the benefit of inkarnate is that you can then put a grid on your maps and have tokens for each player so you can visualize where they are and take screenshots at the start of each combat round if needed.

I have suggestions:
