Joking aside, this is a silly way of saying your question is far too broad to be able to give any kind of useful advice without explaining the entire way to play D&D.
If you are new to D&D, I recommend watching some episodes of High Rollers DnD or Critical Role on Twitch/Youtube to get a feel for how the game runs, and maybe look up a few Yotube vids or podcasts on about being a new DM and running the game.
If there's something specific that you'd like to ask, please ask and we'll try to help!
“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.” - Mark Twain - Innocents Abroad
Read the adventure, don't over prepare, make it fun for the players, and make sure you are having fun as well.
As far as the game goes, I can recommend that when describing things, think about all the senses applicable to the structure, creature, or event. It will help you players see what you are describing better.
Use a vertical rectangle for initiative and have the bottom of the rectangle be your seat. So any DMNPCs have their initatives there. And go around the table for your PCs and track their iniative that way. Put all of your monster iniatives inside the rectangle.
Try to be aware of your style. For example, I know that I am adversarial at times and excel at combat encounters. World building and Improvisation is where I struggle at times so I try to work on them when I can.
