So, I've been DMing for about a year now and I've collected a ton of digital assets (Humble Bundle is an amazing source of 5e Material), Modules, supplements, Icons, Battle Maps . . .
It's getting tough to keep track of the files that I own, other than creating a spreadsheet, does anyone have any software that they recommend to keep track of their digital collections? Definitely something tag-able, preferably TableTop Specific, though I'm really open for just about any suggestions. Basically, I'm just looking for something already set up that will let me tag my D&D files. I've done Google searches and am a little overwhelmed by the choices.

I just use google drive, and store everything in separate, organized folders. It works well enough for me, at least.

That's kind of what I've been doing, but I was hoping for something with more tagging options.
Thanks, I'll look into Mindmanager.
