I couldn't find one in the adventure anywhere yet the Atropla is vulnerable to one. Have is missed itinerary a treasure section somewhere or would you just put one in if you wanted your party to have one?

Basically good at chopping off limbs and such, I don't have TOA myself but I'd guess just put one in if you like.
Maybe there is one. Although is dangerous.
In area 70 of the Tomb, there is a trapped Nycaloth (see Monster in the Moon). The description says that its greataxe has the vorpal property.
