So I have recently started making a dark, fire-themed campaign and was wondering if anyone had some good background music for both traveling and combat.
Already found the diablo music. Any help would be appreciated :)
It depends on the tone and flavor of campaign you are running, but I use a lot of bardcore off youtube. Folks make covers of modern music with medieval instruments or synthesized medieval instruments. Sometimes they add pseudo-medieval lyrics or even translate lyrics into period specific languages. You haven't really heard Led Zeppelin till you've heard it in Old Norse. I use it in my own campaign and as a player to annoy my fellow players when my bard casts concentration spells. Just search bardcore on youtube and you'll get tons. I find it all incredibly amusing.
Stary Olsa does some really nice professional barcore covers.
Another option more along the lines of the Diablo soundtrack would be Alina Gingertail. She does a similar thing, but uses authentic instruments and focuses on music from TV and video games. Beautiful voice.
I'm sure there is a world of more authentic stuff out there if that's what you're after, but I tend to focus on the anachronistic stuff.
Have you tried Syrinscape.com? It has pretty much everything you could ever want :) You can try the free version or grab yourself a 30 day free trial and get access to multiple libraries of sounds and music and the ability to customise stuff, including importing your own music.

Lord of the Rings Online has lots of great music.
Example combat music
Example suspense music
Example travel music (a bit suspenseful because you want a dark theme)
Example travel music (a bit more chipper)
Check out Spotify Album - Kingslayer Originals. My DM just used some of these tracks for a one-shot. I thought they were great.
If you have spotify on the phone, there is an option to download songs if they are on your playlist to avoid lag in the future.
