So I am planning a one shot for my players last minute and had the inspiration of having a fun, lighthearted mystery where they play as bar bums who have come into (yet to be named) town for the annual Festival of Alcohol( yet to be appropriately named as well). The most valuable alcohols are missing from each of the many bars and taverns in town, and the(hopefully) increasingly drunk characters will make their way through the mystery in attempt to follow clues and find the missing booze. I had in mind that their informant of these missing alcohols is already drunk and didn't realise that the finest booze was being gathered for the drinking competition, so I can end with that as the big finale whether they can figure the "mystery" out or not. Does anyone else have any other ideas? And would anyone have a recommendation how to run the levels of drunkenness?
I just wanted to step in to offer the seemingly obvious title of...
BOOZE CLUES
Thank you, and goodnight.

Finally got to run the game and it was RIDICULOUSLY fun! I am planning on running a sequel for St. Patricks Day and hope to make this into a full module for others to play!
So have you by chance made this into a module? I would be stoked if you did since my group is wanting to run something like this that I have volunteered to DM.

Hey guys,

Was thinking of doing the same for my group, any tips or pointers you could give?
Have drunkards be poisoned
Enjoy my magic items, spells, monsters, my race, and a few feats. And GIVE ME FEEDBACK... or else.
Like what I say?
⬐ Just press this little guy right here.
Have them clue for looks
