I’m looking to run an Ancient Egypt inspired campaign for my family and friends. I want to use a homebrew world with the Egyptian pantheon. I need a good site for monster minis and terrain however and would love other inspiration, Thanks!
You might also check out the old 2e setting Al Quadim. It's more of a generically Arabian setting than specifically Egyptian. And I don't know if it's really culturally sensitive or not. Just letting you know it's out there.
As for stat blocks. I'd suggest just finding standard creatures in the Monster Manual, and re-skinning them to your needs. Then at least you know they'll be more balanced.

There are some nice battle maps at https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/174296/Heroic-Maps--Egyptian-BUNDLE.
Reaper Minis have some nice figures that would suit, such as https://www.reapermini.com/search/mummy.
Thanks! This should help a lot.
If anybody knows some good stat blocks that would be great as well. All the official material I could find were the mummies and sphinxes.
