If you opened this to find out what DPM is, it's deaths per minute.
Do you want to get rid of a party? Tired of their silly shenanigans? Well this is for you!
You need to get them into a corridor, with doors at either end. Have the door they entered merge into the wall behind them. At this point, their death is certain.
The door infront is a sure way out... right? If they try to open the door, a quick sticking sovereign glue will have them stuck to the door knob. If they have any sense left in them, they probably won't turn it willingly, but eventually they are going to have to. When the door knob is turned we release a water valve, letting water into the door knob. This door knob is no ordinary door knob, as it is sodium. Sodium + Water = BAM! At best, they are dead, at worst missing a hand.
If they look back at the door/wall they first came in from, there will be a key hole to pick, you can let them escape, or if they are dumb, they're going to keep messing with the other door.
They will notice a lock on the door, one they "didn't notice" before. If they pick this lock, it bursts a small bladder of acid, melting the lock picks. "Nevermind!" the party says, the acids melting the lock, that'll release the door. This is the worst possible thing they could have done.
Now, as we all know, this is not just a door. It's spring loaded. The lock wears through, spring releases, door propelled at party.
The door is a glass container, painted to look like a door. It's full of the most toxic poison. When the door is propelled and it hits, it shatters everywhere, releasing toxic gas.
As a final crescendo, the floor opens up, dropping the fleshy carnage into lava. Feel free to add more!
