If you’re looking for sci-fi/cyberpunk, you might want a different game system. I’d suggest Shadowrun as a good starting place, though it can be confusing. And I’ve heard there’s a Kickstarter to update d20 modern to 5e, or maybe it’s actually done, that might also be worth a look. Trying to squeeze D&D into cyberpunk just ends up with a ton of house rules and re-skinning.
I don't know much about Kamigawa: Neon Dynasy so I don't know how much work you'd need to do for a conversion, but I can suggest you check out Esper Genesis or the Star Wars 5e Conversion if you're looking for a sci-fi adaptation of 5e D&D.
First, the DMG has tips on alien and modern technologies. I understand there is no aliens in Kamigawa, but the tech there is rather complex. Second, there is a chain of MtG content for 5e, called Planeshift. It doesn’t have Kamigawa, but may help for planeswalkers. Third, you may be well off reskinning stuff from spelljammer. Then again, I haven’t seen much from SJ, so I may be wrong there.

Can you guys recommend of a good sci-fi/ cyberpunk setting I can use to adapt to the Kamigawa Neon Dynasty setting?

ÓLook at black matter. It's very good and will help with the technomagic part.

Have you considered the Altered Carbon game system?
