Is there any official or homebrew work on Richemulot, the dread domain of rats and disease like there is for CoS? I'm working on it and I want to know if there are resources I can pull from.
Regarding official material, the short answer is no and the long answer is yes. I haven't looked at VRGtR, but my understanding is that Richemulot was one of the Domains they revamped fairly heavily compared to prior editions. So, the old lore may not be applicable, but it exists. This wiki article has a solid list of sources that discuss it at the bottom (Domains of Dread from 2e sounds like one of the more thorough/high-quality writeups for the setting in general, while I've heard more mixed opinions of the 3e core book). There was even a novel, Scholar of Decay. That said, none of that's necessarily canon anymore or applicable to the current interpretation, so it depends on whether you're interested in blending some contradictory points or just want directly 5e-relevant material.
I'm not very familiar with homebrew stuff, so I can't speak to that. I'm not turning anything up on a Dungeon Master's Guild search, though.

Do you mean apart from Van Richten's Guide?
Yes apart from Van Richten's guide, what other works are there if any?

Medium humanoid (human), lawful neutral
Oh that's a bummer. I was hoping to get some ideas for a 5e conversion but I guess it'll be from scratch. Thanks for looking tho.
