Currently I am preparing my Campaigns with this super awesome note-taking-tool called Notion. -> https://www.notion.so/
When it comes to structuring my content i can become quite a nerd :) One of the best features in Notion is to create Templates to create blueprints for subpages. E.g. you can add a new NPC page with all the headlines and the structure already inside.
I made a Template for my upcoming Adventure and I thought I could share it with you guys. You can duplicate the site and use it for yourself. Look around and have a go. When you enhanced my version you could also share it here ;)
I'm posting this, to get your thoughts and feedback about the structure, content, tooltips, logic, usability. You call it. So I would be quite thankful if you would help me improve this template for me and everyone who wants to use it. I have activated the comment function so that you can also comment directly in Notion.
Thanks for sharing yours! I'm always inspired by notion templates. I get intimated by how flexible it is and love looking at other dm's utilization of it.
I just use a word doc saved to a cloud storage area and use the headers to collapse sections for my campaign. A lot of my sections align with this template, so I'm happy to see I approach my campaign world similarly to many others.
I didn't vote, because it would be unfair if I did: I don't use any tools, I try to keep everything in my head, and do so fairly poorly. This looks like a nice tool that someone like me could get a lot of mileage from, if I were the sort of person who'd use it, but sadly I'm not.
Main take-away: Nice tool. Personally, I'm just too chaotic to ever use something like that. Just as I don't keep a calender, I just fail at planning instead.

Blanket disclaimer: I only ever state opinion. But I can sound terribly dogmatic - so if you feel I'm trying to tell you what to think, I'm really not, I swear. I'm telling you what I think, that's all.

Also don't hesitate to post your own templates if you have some.
I'm looking forward to a great discussion about structuring Adventure Content. Enjoy
With a nat 20 you convinced me to have a chat with the coolest guy/girl in the forgotten realms.
i modified your template slightly so it works with the SlyFlourish Notion Template. thanks for this!
Two years late but this looks really good, thank you!

Was searching for something for Notion, this is awesome! Great for starting a single adventure.
I also came across this similar template that seems to be have a couple more features: https://minvarpg.com/products/lorekeeper-5e-notion-template
