A newly (3rd level) Rogue in our party is a Phantom subclass. I’m looking for interesting magic items to enter into the game that would fit nicely into his subclass. Any suggestions?

If you're willing to accept homebrew ideas, I have this one: Harbinger Lock Picks
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Active characters:
Carric Aquissar, elven wannabe artist in his deconstructionist period (Archfey warlock) Lan Kidogo, mapach archaeologist and treasure hunter (Knowledge cleric) Mardan Ferres, elven private investigator obsessed with that one unsolved murder (Assassin rogue) Xhekhetiel, halfling survivor of a Betrayer Gods cult (Runechild sorcerer/fighter)
Boots of Spider Climb are cool for any rogue, but especially one with spooky abilities. It's reminiscent of that eerie way Dracula was able to walk on walls in the original novel. Not that it needs to be vampire themed, just spooky.
Thanks so much. Great ideas. And I make home brew magic items all the time, especially for small lower level magic items and niche items in which the players can be creative with. And I reward them for their imagination when using these items. Making the game fun and weaving in a good story is what it’s all about.

A nine lives stealer or a pipes of haunting immediately comes to mind, though I'm not sure giving it to a level 3 character is what your looking for.
