I got a question for the starcraft nerds. If I made a homebrew of the khalai protoss from starcraft, the ones with the khala, would they have resistance against psychic or do you think they would be vulnerable to psychic?

They take neither increased damage nor reduced damage from psionic attacks in Starcraft, so presumably neither one.
according to the wiki all protoss are natural mind readers and must develop their own filters to keep from over sharing or casually reading the minds of others. so, yes but no. yes they're familiar with self-control but no they're so naturally open to psychic contact that it would likely be difficult to defend automatically. like talking about the defensibility of a garden gazebo: one might bar an entrance to party guests but real attackers wouldn't be slowed a moment by the thin trellis on the other sides.
